Privacy Policy
Applies to the Blendora app and website operated by Falconnova. Last updated: 6 November 2026.
What we collect
- Account: your mobile number (to sign you in with a one-time password), your name and, if you add it, your email.
- Delivery: the addresses you save, including the map location you pin or allow us to detect with your permission.
- Orders: what you order, delivery slot, payment method and status. Card/UPI details are handled by our payment partner Razorpay; we never see or store them.
- Device: basic technical information needed to run the app (app version, error logs) and a notification token, so we can send order updates to your phone. We do not use advertising identifiers.
- Riders only: your location while you are on duty in the Partner app, to offer you nearby deliveries.
Why we use it
- To sign you in, prepare and deliver your orders, take payment, send order updates and bills, and provide support.
- To meet legal duties such as tax invoices and food-safety traceability.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- The mill preparing your order and the rider delivering it: your name, phone number, address and order items.
- Service providers acting for us: Razorpay (payments), Google Maps Platform (address lookup), Google Firebase (app notifications), Meta WhatsApp and SMS/email providers (codes and updates), and our cloud host Google Cloud, whose servers are currently in the United States.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Location
Customers: we ask for location only when you add a delivery address, to find your address on the map. You can deny it and type the address instead.
Riders: the Partner app sends your location about every 2 minutes while it is open and you are on duty, so we can offer you the nearest deliveries. It stops when you go off duty. We do not track location in the background.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active. Order and billing records are kept for the period tax law requires (generally 8 years), even after you delete your account.
Your choices and rights
- View and edit your profile and addresses in the app.
- Delete your account any time in the app (Account > Delete account) or as described on our account deletion page.
- Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us for a summary of your data, correction or erasure, and you can raise a grievance.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled servers. Sign-in uses one-time codes; staff accounts use two-factor authentication.
Children
The service is meant for adults placing household orders and is not directed at children under 18.
