Delete your Blendora account

In the app (instant)

1. Open Blendora and go to Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you have an order in progress, wait until it is delivered (or cancel it) and try again.

Without the app

Email support@blendorafresh.com from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and the mobile number you signed in with. We will confirm with a one-time code sent to that number and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, email and mobile number on your profile
• Saved addresses, saved mixes, subscriptions and notifications
• Your sign-in account

What is kept

Records of past orders and bills (items, amounts, delivery address at the time) are kept for the period tax law requires, generally 8 years, and are then removed.
